Through Resolution 12/2016/AG, the XXVI OLACEFS Ordinary General Assembly delegated to the Board the power accorded in section XIII of Article 11 of the Regulations to approve the 2017 Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and the 2017 OLACEFS Budget to December 31, 2016. Also, through Resolution 34/2016/AG, the same General Assembly instructed the OLACEFS Executive Secretariat to initiate contact with the aim of establishing a cooperation agreement with the Inter-American Network on Government Procurement (INGP).
In addition, through Agreement 1266/10/2016, the LXIV Board Meeting instructed the OLACEFS Management Auditor to coordinate with the bodies it considers necessary to agree on a specific management audit plan for 2017 to be presented to the board for approval, to be given virtually before December 31, 2016.
