With the objective of facilitating the publication, exchange and use of open data related to government control and Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) of OLACEFS, the Commission on Information and Communication Technologies (CTIC) seeks to implement a platform capable of delivering added value to the process of digitization of internal data of each country and each SAI, improving aspects such as transparency and access to public information while fostering collaboration between governments, control bodies, civil society organizations and citizens for the exchange of data.
This innovative platform is expected to provide access to open data sources from the OLACEFS institutional portal, define characteristics for open data oriented to control in the region, standardize open data for particular topics, make accessible open data available to citizens to facilitate their use, dissemination and redistribution, promote data analysis, big data and artificial intelligence in SAIs, and allow OLACEFS to publish its own management information as open data.
In accordance with the above, companies interested in participating in this process must review the Terms of Reference and send the technical and economic proposal by August 31, 2021 to the emails: ctic@agn.gov.ar and relationesinternacionales@contraloria.cl.
The bidder must prove experience in implementations of open source products (or web applications) in the cloud by presenting at least 2 verifiable projects including a contact email for each one, and the bidder that proves experience in open data portal implementations will be valued in the offer.
