The Working Group Specialized in the fight against Transnational Corruption (GTCT) has the mission of promoting the exchange of information between OLACEFS Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs). For this reason, it is launching this consultancy in order to have a roadmap regarding the legal ways to start with such an exchange. This supposes an exhaustive study of the mandates of the members, international instruments signed by their States and national regulations of each of the OLACEFS members regarding the publication, dissemination and exchange of information on missionary processes (results, audit reports, sanctions, studies, investigations, among others).
Companies and individuals interested in participating in this process should review the Terms of reference and send the required technical documentation until 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 to the following emails: gtct@contraloria.gob.ec and cef_cooperacion@contraloria.gov.co.
It should be noted that the consultancy will be valued at 12,000 dollars of the United States of America (USD) and that the payment of the service will be made in the same currency (by check or electronic transfer).
