The Office of the Comptroller General of Accounts of the Republic of Guatemala cordially invites all members of our Organization to participate in the Webinar entitled “Performance Auditing, an objective tool for the implementation and follow-up of the SDGs to guarantee trust in Governance,” to be held next Tuesday, September 29, 2020, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Guatemala time.
This webinar is being held in coordination with the GIZ, through the 2030 Agenda Project (GIZ Guatemala) and the Regional Project for Strengthening External Control in the Environmental Area (GIZ Brazil), and will have the participation of the following panelists:
- Mr. Jesús Rodríguez, President of the General Audit Office of the Nation of Argentina and of the Technical Commission for Good Governance Practices (CTPBG), of OLACEFS. Topic: The importance of good governance in the public sector and how performance auditing contributes to good governance.”
- Mrs. Sharon Clark, Performance Audit Specialist, former Associate at the SAI of Canada and Vice President of Professional Development at the Canadian Audit & Accountability Foundation. Topic: Parameters, linking of issues, processes and experience of the Performance Audit related to the SDGs
